The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.

To use you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

You can now use our online service (Patient Access) for the following online services:

• book or cancel appointments
• order repeat prescriptions
• access online any summary information derived from your medical records and any other data which the practice has agreed that patients may access
• view online, electronically export or print any summary information derived from your medical records and any other data which the practice has agreed that patients may access.
