Obtain Repeat Prescriptions?
Repeat prescriptions are issued on the production of a repeat prescription print-out.
Telephone requests are not accepted. Please place your request into the surgery well before you run out of tablets. At least 48 hours' notice is required. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. You may
also post your request, enclosing a stamped, addressed envelope. It is the practice policy for patients to see the doctor after three repeat prescriptions for a review of medication.
