To keep in line with Government legislation, the Practice now offers an evening surgery for patients.
This will be held on Monday evenings and is for pre bookable appointments only, from 6:30pm - 8:00pm.
Please note the telephone service is not available in this clinic and the clinic is not a walk in service
This service is commencing from 7th July 2008.

OR ANYTHING ELSE, THE ONUS IS ON THE PATIENT TO HAVE THESE TESTS CARRIED OUT AND ALSO TO ATTEND
AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE DOCTOR/NURSE FOR THE RESULTS.
